There are very few people, who does’t like desserts and For Bengalis Mango is the king of fruits. Hotel Hindustan International, Kolkata has introduced ‘Go Mango For It’ for all mango lovers, till Jun 30. Dessert lovers can taste sweet dishes and desserts of different countries.
They have tried to make a fusion of mango with different items for example they have used Mascarpone Cheese with Mango in Mango Tiramisu. And in Mousse they have used Ginger. Alfanso Mango is used for most of the dishes as Alfanso has been treated as king of mangoes.
Many dishes like mango Tiramisu Slice, Mango Cheese Slice and Cakes like Mango Charlot can be tasted. Average price for pastries are Rs.80 and Cakes are for Average Rs.725.
