Biryani And Kebab Festival @ City Center Feb 23 & 24, 2013

BUUURRRPP!!!!!!! Just returned from an festival for Biriyani lovers arranged at City Center I, Salt Lake. The 5-6 most famous biriyani makers of Kolkata were under one roof and opened up Handi of Biriyani with Lip-smacking Kebabs for this whole weekend.

The Biryani Giants who participated :

• Arsalan
• Rehmania
• Aminia
• Haji Saheb
• Chote Nawab
• Krazy Kebab
• Mezban
• Zeeshan
• New Aliah

Mezban has amazed me with their deliciously cooked Chicken Tikka Kebab and Reshmi Kebab. And along with that I had Biriyani of Haji Saheb, as usual that was awesome as well. And I was happy to see that none of the giants has compromised with the quality or quantity in the rush.

Main attraction was Biryani of Arsalan, and late this afternoon Tikka Kebab from Haji Sahib got exhausted.I wished to try some new name, so went to Mezban and they passed with flying colors.

Thanks to the organizer, countdown started for the next year. Who have missed it this year do come next year, don’t miss it.
