review-header

An Elegant Elephant is situated just beside the Sony Center Signal at Koramangala 4th Block. There are four other restaurants in that building. The first thing that attracts me is in their decor. Actually this restaurant is on the terrace of that building, So they have utilized full out of it. Sitting arrangement is also very cozy. The place itself is huge so to us it is a very good place for office or Birthday parties. The washroom also is clean. The main place is not A.C but there are A.C sections also.

Now coming over food. The starters were lip-smacking. Specially the Paneer Tikka, The Non veg starters also deserve special mentions. The item Fish amritsari was not that tasty what I expected as the fish they used was not that tasty and the coating of flour over it was too oily.

In the main course we found the Murg Dum Biryani very attractive as the meat was soft tender and tasty, though Biryani style found in Bangalore is not that tasty like Kolkata or Hyderabad. And the Bhuna Gosht was really superb.

In dessert there were Hot Gulabjamun which will force you to have multiple though you are full so the Gulabjamun-lovers are being suggested to have few before starting the main course. Gajar ka halwa was tasty but not that exotic. And vanilla ice cream which we found melted, as the kept it in a normal container, which we have suggested them to keep it in some refrigerated container.
